For many years, patients in Northern Belize needing specialized laboratory tests faced an unnecessary delay.
After more than two decades serving in Belize’s public laboratory system, our founder saw this challenge firsthand.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed for most tests — you are welcome to walk in. The only exceptions are a small number of tests that require special preparation.
When do I need an appointment?
For the O’Sullivan test or a glucose tolerance test (GTT), please notify us in advance so we can instruct you on how to prepare properly.
Can I do my NHI labs with TrustLife?
Yes. TrustLife is a registered NHI provider.
Do I need a referral to get tested?
No. You can be tested without a doctor’s referral.
